Tweedle Dee / Lawdy Miss Clawdy

Mint / Unplayed
Quantity :
This Was Pressed In A Very Very Limited Quantity (Reportedly Only 1,000 Were Made) In 1978 By The Owner Of Sun Records, Shelby Singleton. Mr. Singleton Bought Sun Records From Sam Phillips In 1969. After He Purchased Sun Records He Began Releasing Material By Carl Perkins, Charlie Rich, Johnny Cash And Roy Orbison. Among The 4,000 Plus Master Tapes That Mr. Singleton Acquired From Sam Phillips Was The Famous Million Dollar Quartet. In Early 1978, Mr. Singleton Released This 45. Soon After He Released "Lawdy Miss Clawdy" And "Tweedle Dee", RCA Records Filed Suit. Mr. Singleton Soon Stopped Distributing This Record And Recalled As Many Of The 45's That He Could. All Of The Copies That He Had Were Destroyed Per His Agreement With RCA. That Is Why This Sun Record Is So RARE. It May Actually Be More Rare Than The Five That Sam Phillips Released!!
